Lightly sweet dessert with banana strips fried inside wonton skins. Very yummy Filipino recipe.
Ingredients:

Banana(s), relatively green and firm
Wonton skins (any size or shape)
Olive oil
Powdered sugar
Preparation:
Slice banana lengthwise into 1/8-inch strips. Place on wonton skin and wrap. Fry in olive oil until lightly brown. Soak excess oil on paper towel. Dust with powdered sugar. Quantity depends on size of wonton skin.
