Preparation:
Dissolve sugar in water. Allow to cool. Combine sugar water, wine juices, carbonated water, and champagne in large bowl or pitcher. Float orange and lemon slices on top. Serve over ice.
*Note: For a non-alcoholic beverage, substitute non-alcoholic "red" and "white" catawba juice (found in grocery and liquor stores) for the red wine and champagne.
