Preparation:
Grease two 9 x 5 " loaf pans. Preheat oven 300øF. Stir together flour and baking soda; set aside Combine eggs, mincemeat, Eagle Brand, chopped fruit and nuts. Add dry ingredients; mix well. Divide batter between prepared pans. Bake in preheated 300øF. oven for 1 hour and 20 minutes or until done. Cool 15 minutes. Turn out of pans; cool completely. |
