Preparation:
combine chiles, lemons, and vinegar in a saucepan, over a moderate flame heat to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 30 minutes skim well, remove and discard lemons add sugar, heat and stir to dissolve sugar simmer for 8-10 minutes, to 220 degrees spoon into sterile jars screw on lids process for 10 minutes allow to cool completely before storing serve at room temperature |
