Finger Licken Pork Chops

Ingredients:

  4                     Thin bone-in Pork Chops
  1       cup           flour
   1/2    teaspoon      dried mustard
  1       Tablespoon    oil 
  2       large cans    chicken & rice soup
                        Salt & pepper to taste
 

Preparation:

Mix flour, mustard and salt and pepper in large baggie. Add pork chops making sure pork chop is covered with mixture. In frying pan heat oil. Add pork chops, brown on both sides. About 3-4 minutes each side. Set aside on dry paper towel. In crock pot add 1 can of soup, add pork chops and remaining can of soup. Cover and cook for 3 hours on low. Serve with crusty bread and butter
