Preparation:
On a double boiler melt chocolate and butter stirring till liquid. Remove from stove.In a seperate bowl whisk eggs till light and fluffy then add sugar gradually,and whisk.Mix in the flour one spoonful at a time till all mixed in. Add chocolate mixture and whisk till combined. Spoon into a floured muffin tin or seperate ramakins.bake for 30-40 mins,test and remove from oven when ready. serve hot with icecream or cream |
