Preparation:
Preparation:
• Heat the cooking oil in a pan and stir fry the beef together with the garlic.
• Add chicken stock and season with oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar and pepper powder.
• Once cooked, stir in the spring onions and serve immediately.
