6 medium potatoes
1 cup mayonaise
1/2 onion
4 hard boiled eggs
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon vinegar
1-2 teaspoon mustard
2-3 teaspoon sweet pickle mustard
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
cook potatoes until soft then cool.
add finely chopped onion.
combine mayo, sugar, vinegar, mustard and sweet pickle mustard. Mix.
Add to potatoes and mix well.
add in sliced eggs and stir.
