chocolate syrup 1/2 oz. Kalhua 1/2 oz. Bailey's® Irish Cream 1/2 oz. vodka 1 oz. milk OR 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
1. Drizzle chocolate syrup around the inside of the rim of a tall glass.
2. If using milk, shake remaining ingredients with ice and strain into glass.
3. If using ice cream, blend remaining ingredients in blender and pour into glass.
