Preparation:
Cream margarine and sugar. Add flour, salt, baking powder and 1 1/2 tablespoon cocoa. Mix in milk and vanilla. Spread in 8" square pan.
Mix white sugar and brown sugar and 5 tbsp. cocoa in small bowl. Spread evenly over dough and cover with a generous cup of water. Bake at 350 degrees F for 45-50 minutes.
Serve hot with ice cream. |
