Preparation:
With a knife, cut peel and white membrane from grapefruit. Holding fruit over a bowl, cut between membranes to release fruit segments. Squeeze juice from membrane into bowl.
In a 1 to 2 quart pan, stir cranberry sauce over medium-high heat until melted. Place grapefruit in a 3 to 4 cup bowl, pour in cranberry sauce, and mix gently. Cover and chill until cold, 2 hours or up to 1 day. |
