Preparation:
Place olive oil in large skillet with tight fitting lid:
Cook bacon, onion and green pepper until bacon is brown and crisp and vegies are tender.
Add mushrooms and heat through.
Add tomatoes and boiling water. Stir well and heat mixture to a boil. Add worcestershire sauce.
Cover and reduce heat to simmer.
Simmer about 26 minutes stirring
occasionally.
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and serve!
