Preparation:
Pour vodka into blender, then liquid lecithin. Blend until all lecithin is dissolved. Pour back into bottle and recap. Shake before using.
To use, dab generously onto a small piece of folded paper towel, and wipe pan or grill with the wet paper towel. When the alcohol evaporates, it will leave a thin coating of lecithin, the principal ingredient in non-stick cooking sprays. This will last about a year if you cook for a family of four. |
