Preparation:
Make the jello using 1 cup of boiling water (no cold water). Let set in refrigerator until it is only just beginning to thicken. Meantime soften the cream cheese and beat in sweetener. When jello is ready add a little at a time to cheese mixture beating well. Place in refrigerator again until only just beginning to thicken a little. Whip the whipping cream. Fold or beat the cheese mixture into the whipping cream and refrigerate for an hour or so before serving. |
