Artichoke Dip with Cream Cheese

This artichoke dip is sure to please even those who don't care for artichokes. Serve with tortilla chips and watch it go. Very pleasing appetizer to bring along to a party.
 

Ingredients:

8         oz.           Cream Cheese (softened)
1/3       C.            Helmanns Real Mayonaise
8         oz. Bag       shredded Monterey/Cheddar Cheese or Monterey/Colby 
14        oz. can       Artichoke Hearts (drained, squeezed and chopped)
1/4       tsp.          Garlic Powder
1/8       tsp. or more  Cheyenne Powder
2         diced         Plum Tomatoes (seeds & juice removed, diced)
2         sliced        green onions (entire onion)
 

Preparation:

With Blender, mix cream cheese, mayo, garlic powder, cheyenne pepper in a large mixing bowl. Stir in by hand 3/4 bag of shredded cheese and chopped artichokes. Garnish with remaining 1/4 bag of cheese, chopped tomatoes and sliced green onions. Bake at 375 for 15-20 mins. in an ungreased Pyrex pie plate. Remove when cheese starts to bubble.
