Ingredients:

8 oz. Cream Cheese (softened)
1/3 C. Helmanns Real Mayonaise
8 oz. Bag shredded Monterey/Cheddar Cheese or Monterey/Colby
14 oz. can Artichoke Hearts (drained, squeezed and chopped)
1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder
1/8 tsp. or more Cheyenne Powder
2 diced Plum Tomatoes (seeds & juice removed, diced)
2 sliced green onions (entire onion) |
Preparation:
With Blender, mix cream cheese, mayo, garlic powder, cheyenne pepper in a large mixing bowl.
Stir in by hand 3/4 bag of shredded cheese and chopped artichokes.
Garnish with remaining 1/4 bag of cheese, chopped tomatoes and sliced green onions.
Bake at 375 for 15-20 mins. in an ungreased Pyrex pie plate.
Remove when cheese starts to bubble.
