Ingredients:

3 c. milk
3/4 c. light cream
2/3 c. sugar (more or less to taste)
2 juice two lemons
2 zest grated, minced yellow skin of the lemons |

Preparation:
Mix ingredients. For smoothest results, use ice cream machine. Add zest in last 5 minutes. Or place mix in shallow baking dish, in freezer. After 30 minutes, begin to check, chop and stir periodically until mix reaches desired uniform thickness and texture. Serve soon after. |
