Simple Chicken Kabob

Ingredients:

  1       package       bamboo skewers
  4       breasts       chicken cubed
  3                     green bell peppers
  3                     red bell peppers
  3                     yellow bell peppers
    1/2   large         onion
  1       lb            bulk mushrooms whole
  1 1/2                 cherry tomatoes
  16      oz bottles    Italian dressing
 

Preparation:

Clean and cut all of the vegetabls (except tomatoes) into approx. 2in squares. In a large bowl combine the chicken and all of the vegetables with italian dressing. Cover the top and let the combination marinade for at least 2 hours in the refridgerator. After marinating thread the skewers with the combination. Prepare grill and arrange chicken kabobs on there and let cook on each side for approx 3 minutes continuiously until done. Serve and enjoy for you and your guests.
