Preparation:
1. Thinly slice onions into rings. In a skillet met butter over medium heat; cook onions, salt and pepper sitrring for 1 minute.
2. Reduce heat to low; cover and cook stirring occasionallu for 20 minutes or until onions are softened.
3. Add honey and vinegar; cook covered for 20 minutes or until onions are very soft. Uncover and cook for 15 minutes more or until thickened slightly and onions are glazed.
4. Serve warm - makes 1 cup |
