Homemade hamburger helper type dinner. | |
Ingredients:

1 1/2 - 2 lbs chop meat
1 green pepper, finely chopped
1 onion, finely chopped
15 oz can stewed tomatoes
parsley
oregano
salt
soy sauce
elbow macaroni
butter or margerine |

Preparation:
Brown chop meat, onion and green pepper until meat is no longer pink. Add stewed tomatoes. Sprinkle top with parsley and oregano. Add about 10 shakes of soy sauce. Simmer on low, stirring occasionally, while cooking elbow macaroni. When cooked, drain elbow macaroni and place in large bowl. Add 2-3 tablespoons butter or margerine and mix. Add GLOP mixture and mix again. Serve with Italian or French bread. |

Nutritional Information:
Not a clue about nutritional value, but this meal makes lots and is great, fried (or microwaved)in butter, the following day or so. |
