Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 whole loaves of bread 1 bunch celery lots of parsley 2 medium onions 3 teaspoons poultry seasoning 1 cube butter -- melted salt and pepper
1. Grind or chop the onion, parsley, celery and bread. Save juice.
2. Add seasoning and juice to above mixture, add butter and mix well.
3. Stuff bird. Serve.
