Preparation:
Boil the sweet potato until soft and tender
toast breads lightly
spread 2 tbsp of peanut butter on one side of each sandwich . Spread Jelly on one side of each sandwhich as well. Divide sweet potato into half and slice each half for each sandwich. Place sweet potato between the two slices of bread. Cut in half and enjpy-
