easy corn souffle

Ingredients:

16        oz can        whole corn drained
16        oz can        creamed corn
8         oz            corn muffin mix (I use Jiffy)
1/2       cup           oil
2                       beaten eggs
8         oz            sour cream
1         cup           grated cheddar cheese
 

Preparation:

Heat oven 350 degrees. Grease casserole dish Mix all ingredients except cheese. When uniformly mixed pour into casserole dish bake for 45 mins. Remove add cheese bake addtional 10 mins. Serve Warm
