Preparation:
Place chocolate in a bowl above a saucer of boiling water when the chocolate has melted to a liquid remove the bowl from the saucer and add the milk. Stir. Leave the mixture for a moment. Get a glass and slightly wet it with water then roll the top in the icing sugar for decoration, put some of the mixture (melted chocolate and milk) into the glass being careful not to touch the sides fill it so that it is about an inch from the top, put on some squirty cream and sprinkle some small chocolate bits onto the top of the cream. For an extra treat place a small bowl of miniature marshmallows with each glass. |
