Cinnamon Rolls - Cinnabons

Ingredients:

   1 1/4  oz.           yeast
   1      cup           warm water
     1/2  cup           sugar
     1/3  cup           margarine
   1      tsp.          salt
   2                    eggs
   4      cups          sugar
                        Fillling:
   1      cup           packed brown sugar
   2 1/2  T.            cinnamon
                        Frosting:
   8      T.            margarine
   1 1/2  cups          powdered sugar
     1/4  cup           cream cheese
     1/2  tsp.          vanilla
     1/8  tsp.          salt
 

Preparation:

First, disolve yeast in some warm water. Then I add soft margarine, sugar, salt and eggs. Put mix into a mixing bowl. Gradually add flour and mix until it becomes smooth. Transfer the mix into a greased bowl. Cover the bowl and let the mix rise for an hour or until it has doubled in size. Roll out the dough. Next, spread with 1/3 cup of softened margarine. Take the filling mixture and sprinkle over the dough and roll. Then cut into pieces about 1 inch in size. Place pieces on a greased cookie sheet and let rise some more. Bake at 350 until done. For the frosting: mix ingredients well. While the rolls are warm spread over rolls.
