1/2 oz. Shrimp
1 1/2 cup Rice
1 1/2 cup Asparagus
Low Sodium Soy Sauce |

Preparation:
Marinate the ostrich fillets in soy sauce. Grill the fillets over a grill at very high temperature until medium rare. Grill the shrimp. Serve over a bed of rice with asparagus spears on the side. |
