Preparation:
Cut peel and all white membrane from oranges and grapefruit; lift out sections.
Coarsely chop fruit. Also peel and chop tomatoes.
In a bowl combine fruit and tomatoes with juices, cilantro and sugar. Season to taste with salt. If made ahead, cover and refrigerate until next day. Makes 3 cups.
Serving Ideas: Serve with grilled fish along with jalapeno mayonnaise.
