Preparation:
1. Spray large skillet with nonstick cooking spray; heat over medium-high
heat until hot. Add salmon; cook on both sides until lightly browned. Add
broth; boil 1 minute.
2. Stir in frozen vegetables with pasta and red pepper flakes. Reduce heat
to medium; cover and cook 5 minutes.
3. Turn salmon over; stir in cream. Cover; cook an additional 5 minutes or
until sauce is slightly thickened and salmon flakes easily with fork,
stirring occasionally. |
