7 ounces chopped green chiles

1 teaspoon sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons lemon juice
hot pepper sauce or
jalapenos chopped |
Preparation:
Combine tomatoes, chiles, onions, sugar, salt, pepper and lemon juice.
Add hot pepper sauce or chopped jalapenos to taste.
Makes about 1 1/2 quarts of salsa. |
