Salsa Cruda (Fresh Salsa)

Ingredients:

   2      large         tomatoes -- peeled and
                        and chopped -- chopped.
   4                    tomatillos -- husked and
   1      teaspoon      fresh lime juice -- chopped.
   2                    fresh Anaheim chiles -- seeded
   1      teaspoon      minced fresh cilantro -- and chopped.
   5                    green onions -- chopped.
                        half -- not 1 to 2!)
   2                    fresh jalapeno pepper
     1/4  teaspoon      salt.
 

Preparation:

In lidded jar, combine all ingredients and marinate for at least one hour. May be stored for about 2-3 weeks in refrigerator. Makes about 2 cups.
