1/4 cup butter or margarine -- melted
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
3 tablespoons dijon mustard
1 clove garlic -- minced
4 salmon or halibut steaks -- 3/4-inch thick
1 tablespoon chopped green onion
Preparation:
Combine butter, mustard, onion, lemon juice and garlic; mix well. Genenously brush both sides of fish with mustard-butter. Grill or broil as desired, brushing frequently with mustard-butter. 4 to 6 servings
