Preparation:
Cut meat into 1-inch or larger cubes.
Combine marinade ingredients in glass bowl. Marinate meat for at least 6 hours in refrigerator.
Grill over medium coals about 1/2 hour and baste often with marinade.
Peanut Sauce: Whisk until creamy. Cover. Let stand at room temperature until serving time, for dipping often at the table. |
