Preparation:

COMBINE COTTAGE CHEESE, HORSERADISH, SOUR CREAM, AND DILL IN A BOWL-MIX WELL SEASON TO TASTE WITH SALT AND WHITE PEPPER PLACE A HEAVY LARGE SKILLET OVER A MEDIUM FLAME ADD 1 TORTILLA TO THE DRY SKILLET AND HEAT UNTIL TOASTED SLIGHTLY TURN, AND TOAST THE OTHER SIDE REMOVE FROM HEAT, SET ASIDE REPEAT WITH REMAINING TORTILLAS DIVIDE CHEESE MIXTURE BETWEEN TORTILLAS DIVIDE SALMON BETWEEN TORTILLAS CUT INTO WEDGES GARNISH WITH DILL SERVE SLIGHTLY CHILLED OR AT ROOM TEMPERATURE
