Ingredients:

  1             medium  onion -- chopped
     1/3           cup  vinegar
     1/3           cup  sugar
     1/3           cup  oil
  1         tablespoon  celery seed
 

Preparation:

Combine cabbage and onion. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over cabbage. Chill for 24 hours.
