Preparation:
In large bowl, combine rice, coleslaw mix, apple and pecans. In small bowl, gradually stir in orange juice concentrate into mayonnaise; blend in sugar and salt. Add mayonnaise mixture to rice mixture; mix well. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour or up to 8 hours.
*To toast pecans, spread in shallow baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 7 to 12 minutes. |
