Crawfish Chili

Ingredients:

   2      pounds        lean ground beef
   3      tablespoons   chili powder
   2      pounds        crawfish tails
   1      8 oz can      tomato sauce
   1      teaspoon      garlic -- chopped fine
   1      cup           dry white wine
   2      teaspoons     salt
                        water
   1      tablespoon    soy sauce
   1      teaspoon      lemon or lime juice
   1      teaspoon      cayenne pepper
   1      cup           chopped onions
   1      teaspoon      dried mint
                        bacon drippings
   1      tablespoon    dried parsley
 

Preparation:
