1 1/3 cups evaporated milk
1/4 cup sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup vinegar plus
2 tablespoons vinegar
6 cups finely shredded cabbage
Preparation:
Combine first 4 ingredients; mix well. Gradually add vinegar, stirring constantly; cover and chill at least 1 hour.
Pour dressing over cabbage; mix well. Cover and chill at least 1 hour. Serve with pork on buns or as a salad.
