1 pound crawfish
salt and pepper
2 eggs
milk

Preparation:
Season cleaned crawfish tails with salt and pepper.
Dip each one in mixture of beaten eggs and a little milk.
Dip in flour that has been seasoned. Fry in hot fat.
Makes delicious hot hors d'oeuvres or serve as a main dish
