Fish Marinade

Ingredients:

  Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method

   2      cups          Chablis wine
   2      tablespoons   lemon juice
   2      teaspoons     salt
   2      tablespoons   Creole mustard
     1/2  teaspoon      ground cayenne pepper
 

Preparation:
