Ingredients:

   1      cup           shredded broccoli stalks
   1      cup           shredded white cabbage
   1      cup           shredded red cabbage
   1      cup           shredded carrot
                        ***DRESSING***
   1      tablespoon    lemon juice
   2      tablespoons   sweet relish
     1/2  teaspoon      salt
     1/4  teaspoon      dill
     1/4  teaspoon      pepper
     1/4  teaspoon      celery seed
     1/4  teaspoon      dry mustard
     3/4  cup           fat free or low fat mayonnaise
 

Preparation:

In a large bowl, combine all vegetables and toss. In a small bowl, combine all dressing ingredients. Toss with vegetables in the large bowl.
