Preparation:
Sauté' the onions, Bell peppers, garlic, and celery in the bacon grease.
Add to the water which you should then bring to a boil.
Add the okra, ham, oysters, and shrimp and boil for 5 minutes.
Add the other ingredients now and cook until the rice is done. Sever in soup bowls or over more rice.
This is an epicurean experience that cannot be duplicated anywhere except where it is cooked.
The meats may be changed to crab and shrimp or crab and oysters, or Turkey and Ham, or chicken and shrimp, or what ever!
