Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

2 cups flaked catfish
2 cups mashed potatoes
1 egg
salt and pepper to taste
deep-fat frying oil
Preparation:
Bake or steam catfish. Best way is with a pressure cooker.
Remove fish from bones and flake.
Blend flaked fish, mashed potatoes, egg, salt and pepper to taste.
Shape into balls and fry until golden brown.
