All-Purpose Marinade

Ingredients:

   3      cups          dry white wine
     1/2  teaspoon      cayenne pepper
   1      teaspoon      onion powder
     1/2  cup           soy sauce
     1/2  teaspoon      garlic powder
 

Preparation:
