Ingredients:

     3/4  teaspoon      black pepper
     1/4  teaspoon      white pepper
   1      tablespoon    salt
   1      tablespoon    thyme
     1/2  teaspoon      annatto powder -- (for color)
   2      teaspoons     Hungarian paprika
     1/4  teaspoon      sage
     1/4  teaspoon      rosemary, dried -- crumbled
   1      teaspoon      cayenne -- powder

Preparation:

Put ingredients, except rosemary, in mortar and grind. Crush rosemary in your hand, add and mix well. Store in tightly-sealed jar.
