Ingredients:

   1 1/2  tablespoons   turmeric
   1 1/2  tablespoons   coriander seeds
   1 1/2  tablespoons   black mustard seeds
   1 1/2  tablespoons   black peppercorns
   1 1/2  tablespoons   cumin seeds
   3                    garlic cloves -- peeled and grated
   2                    fresh habanero chilies or
   4                    red jalapeno peppers -- seeds and stems
                        -- removed
 

Preparation:
