Preparation:
1. Mix all ingredients except potato chips and cheese. Pile lightly into 4 individual baking dishes or custard cups. Arrange dishes in a circle on a 12 inch plate. Sprinkle with the potatoe chips and cheese.
2. Microwave uncovered on medium high (70%) 4 minutes; rearrange baking dishes. Microwave until hot and bubbly, 3 to 5 minutes. Let stand 3 minutes. Sprinkle on top and Serve.
NOTE: Add 1 teaspoon margarine to 1/2 cup slivered or sliced almonds. Microwave uncovered on high, stirring every 30 seconds until almonds are crisp and light brown. Approximately 2 1/2 to 4 minutes. Watch carefully. |
