Cajun Tuna Spread

Ingredients:

  1              3 oz.  packag  cream cheese -- softened
  3        tablespoons  mayonnaise
  1        6 1/2 ounce  tuna -- drained
  1           teaspoon  paprika
     1/4      teaspoon  black pepper
  1              clove  garlic -- minced
     1/8      teaspoon  cayenne pepper
     1/4           cup  finely chopped red bell pepper
                        OR green
  1                     green onion -- thinly sliced
                        crackers
 

Preparation:

In small mixing bowl, with electric mixer, beat cream cheese, mayonnaise, tuna, paprika, black pepper, garlic, and cayenne on medium speed until well combined. Stir in bell pepper and green onion. Cover; chill for 3 to 24 hours. Serve with crackers. I'm hoping this is legible and the other recipes I sent to you before get to you too. If not I guess its back to the drawing board!
