Preparation:
Bring milk to boil over moderate heat stirring constantly. Cool milk to 95-110 degrees. Remove skin. Whisk yogurt into milk and mix well. Divide into 4 1-cup jars. Cover tightly and incubate at 100 degrees until proper consistency, 4 to 5 hours. (To get a 100 degree environment, place yogurt brew in oven with pilot light or place on a heating pad at medium heat. |
