Linguine In Clam Sauce

Ingredients:

   3                    garlic cloves -- minced
     1/2  teaspoon      salt
     1/2  cup           butter -- melted
   1      teaspoon      pepper
  16      ounces        sliced mushrooms -- drained
   8      ounces        linguine -- cooked, drained
  13      ounces        clams -- minced, drained
                        parmesan cheese -- grated
     1/2  cup           parsley -- fresh chopped
 

Preparation:

Sauté garlic in butter in large skillet over low heat for 1 minute. Add mushrooms and cook 5 minutes. Stir in clams, parsley, salt and pepper. Heat thoroughly. Pour over linguine and toss well. Heat through and top with Parmesan cheese.
