1 cup tomato juice
1 small Package sugar free lemon Jell-o
1 cup tomato juice cold
3/4 cup celery minced
1/4 cup onion minced
2 ounces cheddar cheese -- cubed or grated
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
6 ounces crab meat -- * see note
8 olives -- sliced fine
1/8 teaspoon garlic
Preparation:
* or shrimp or 3 ounces of each.
Heat tomato juice. Add Jell-O. After dissolved add tomato juice. Add remaining ingredients.
Put in serving dish and refrigerate.
When ready to serve, spread with thin layer of fat free mayonnaise.
