Easy Shrimp Etouffee

Ingredients:

   1      stick         margarine
   1                    bell pepper -- chopped
   1      can           ro-tel tomatoes
   1      teaspoon      Worcestershire sauce
                        garlic cloves -- minced
   1      can           cream of mushroom soup
   3      medium        onions -- chopped
   4      ribs          celery -- chopped
     1/2                lemon -- juice of
     1/4  cup           parsley -- chopped
   2      pounds        shrimp -- peeled
     1/4  cup           green onion tops -- chopped
 

Preparation:

Sauté onions, bell pepper, celery and tomatoes in margarine, covered, for two hours. Add remaining ingredients and cook 30 more minutes. Serve over hot rice.
